ABOUT THE EVENT

On August 19, 2016, the marvelous and inventive Blaq Goose entertainment group will provide us yet another explosive installment of the power of the WORDS.  Blaq Goose emphasizes words performed, spoken or sung in live performance aiming to shake your spirit with emotion and thought.  Of course, BC will have in tow an lineup of seasoned spoken word artists, but this time will include a special musical guest - one whose eyes are squarely on inspiration - ASAINT. 

ABOUT ASAINT, ALBUM RELEASE

That is, the featured artist whose tagged by the name of ASAINT.  He will have his album release party named FREEDOM.  How cool is that in conjunction with the interjected lyrics of several trademarked poets and the food of a tasty culinary artist.

Two things will grab you about ASAINT.  First and formost, to say the least, his lyrics are deeply beautiful and meaningful. Oft times, lyrics are one or the other, but his lyrics are both reflecting life moments that affect many of us.  He accompanies those lyrics with a spirited band ensemble that typically pumps LIVE vibes throughout the night.  The second thing that grabs you about ASAINT is his humbleness to serve as well as entertain.  And lastly, his music is downright a high tempo experience that will have you moving and tow tapping all night long.

But the list of talented artists does not stop with ASAINT.  There will be a culinary artist serving a one-time buffet style food for an additional fee as well as numerous live painting happening simultaneously.  All of these things will occur in the colorful and glowing space of the RAT Studio in Valley View mall, a startup and entertainment community emphasizing the creative class.

Blaq Goose and RAT Studio supports business partnering, mixing, and coworking as a means to building entertainmnent startups.  Therefore, we are initiating a program that provides  thirty FREE websites built and customized by graphics and programming professionals.  After capturing content from different Blaq Goose events, hackathons and technical rountables will produce websites for 30 lucky artists.  So if you are an artist and need a website that focuses 100% on your entertainment startup, please come out and participate in these business mixers.  Presumably, most of the artists will be spoken word and musical artists but we intend to include fine artists as well.  Come out and support all the artists.
